From the daughter of Don George, who recently passed away. For the last 15 years, Don and Pauline have been snow birds flying south to Panama City Beach Florida and joining in the fun at a place called Noah’s Ark. Don loved this place. He loved it because it was full of people just like him. Seniors who have reached that time in life when their job is… to be with people and have a good time.

Anyone who knew my dad, knows how he loved to tell a joke. And by the time he told you the same joke for the fifth time, you knew you were supposed to laugh. He loved meeting people who loved and accepted him right where he was . And he graciously reciprocated that same kind of unconditional acceptance for those he met. My mom and my dad made their last trip to Panama City Beach just a month ago. And even though it was a strain on both my parents, before leaving to come back to Cincinnati, my dad said, “I LOVE THIS PLACE!”
